Cute and Fluffy

So, here's another drawing that I finished after midnight. XD Luckily I have no classes today. Staying true to my tradition, I drew the newest mutant Neopet on the site, the Mutant Lutari! I was going to submit this until after it got into the Art Gallery by chance, but I'm just posting it now. XP So much fluff oh god

I really like the design. owo The orange eyebrows are a bit much though, but the fact that it has Buizel tails makes it awesome. XD Did you know when it's sick, it has snot dripping from its nose? XP
