Under the Sea

Long file is long. XD That's because this is an accordion-style book layout (minus the back cover), so every five inches in this piece (every 500 pixels for this version, marked by the dotted lines) There would be a fold.

This was our fourth assignment for the five-week typography class I took last month. Our goal was to create a ten-page book (with front cover and back) with a central theme, while using both type and image in unison. The entire book's composition must work together, while each individual page must also be dynamic enough to stand alone.My professor kept telling me to break down the structures to make it more dynamic. XD It's a whole lot different from my first draft lol.

All done in Illustrator, though some of the animals were drawn in Photoshop. Also, helped me come up with this idea. XP

Also, most of the body text is from Wikipedia lol. Our professor told us to use any text that's relevant to our theme, so if there's any misspelled words or factual errors, let me know!
